The University’s Title IX Coordinator is responsible for implementing and monitoring Title IX compliance on behalf of Elmhurst University. Any inquiries regarding Title IX or the University’s prohibition against sexual harassment and retaliation should be directed to the University’s Title IX Coordinator, who will be available to meet with or talk to students and employees regarding issues relating to Title IX and the University’s Non-Discrimination and Non-Harassment Policy. The Title IX Coordinator for the University is the Assistant Dean of Students in Student Affairs.

The University does not discriminate against individuals on the basis of physical or mental disability. To ensure equal access to its programs and activities, the University is committed to providing reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities. The University’s ADA/504 Disability Services Director is located in the Learning Center, A.C. Buehler Library, and is responsible for determining appropriate accommodations in conjunction with the student and other university representatives.
